"i spent the next ten years of my life working with a lot of those people i met in jail, trying to be a revolutionary." in the months that followed, he let go of any lingering thoughts that he might fit in with the status quo. "i was a rowdy nationalist on april 28th, and then the verdicts came down on april 29th," he said. "by august, i was a communist." in 1994, the young activists formed a socialist collective, standing together to organize a revolutionary movement, or storm, which held study groups on the theories of marx and lenin and dreamed of a multiracial socialist utopia. they protested police brutality and got arrested for crashing through police barricades. in 1996, jones decided to launch his own operation, which he named the ella baker center after an unsung hero of the civil-rights movement.

been waiting for it .. obama's islamic jihad manifests as out of control spending

jihad comes in many forms, is implemented by many different kinds of people .. some are very visible, while some like 'flying under the radar'. we've all heard about jihad in other countries, but how much do you know about jihad attempts here in the united states of america? successful jihad here in america would be the 'flying under the radar' kind, ranging from secret cells to those embedded in our very government, carrying out 'administrative jihad'. is that too extreme? the right view would be don't rule it out. it's been said: "speak softly and carry a big stick" (president theodore roosevelt). but what stick is obama carrying in his hand, a stick (of decisive action) that is pro-america or pro-islam? on the other hand obama isn't exactly one for speaking softly - he's full of eloquent rhetoric. but do his words match his deeds?

in an economic recession does extremely unreasonable spending habits make sense? NOPE. why then is out of control spending being pushed through congress at lightning speed instead of calling for spending cuts and reducing taxes? it's not rocket science. the ideology employed to first weaken and then hasten the fall of capitalism and usher in socialism is known as the cloward-piven strategy. obama knows it well and has been engaged in this practice ever since he was training acorn leaders to crash banks (which directly correlates to the financial crisis we have today) back in his attorney and 'community organizer' days in illinois. now he's doing it big time as president of the united states, this time 'community organizing' washington with his liberal democratic congress and constitutionally unconfirmed 'czars'. surprise surprise. the point is moot in arguing whether or not obama is a practicing muslim (well in this case extremist muslim) because either way he is still helping the cause of islamic jihad worldwide by spending money we do not have and plunging america into deeper and deeper debt. extremist muslims are secretly applauding obama.

ok assume for a moment that obama was born in hawaii, and has the certificate of live birth to prove it. fine. but there is another huge problem with another part of obama's life: he moved to indonesia and attended schools there. the laws in indonesia at the time of obama’s arrival did not allow dual citizenship. if an indonesian citizen married a foreigner, as in this case, obama’s mother was required to renounce her u.s. citizenship and was sponsored by her indonesian spouse. furthermore a minor child follows the naturalization and citizenship status of their custodial parent. also, during this time, indonesia was a police state. the public schools did not allow foreign students, only citizens were allowed to attend schools as indonesia was under strict rule and decreed a number of restrictions; therefore, in order for obama to have attended school in jakarta, which he did, he had to be a citizen of indonesia, as the citizenship status of enrolled students was verified with government records. so obama’s indonesian stepfather, lolo soetoro, either signed an acknowledgement verifying obama as his son OR lolo soetoro adopted obama, giving obama natural indonesia citizenship, which explains the name barry soetoro and his citizenship listed as indonesian.

therefore, under u.s. law obama (then 'barry soetoro') lost his 'natural born' u.s. citizenship status when his mother married lolo soetoro and took up citizenship and residency in indonesia, and is therefore legally ineligible for the office of president. any foreigner can of course become a naturalized citizen of the united states, but they are not eligible to hold the office of president. read all about it HERE.

the attorney representing an army major fighting deployment to afghanistan because he believes barack obama is not legally his commander-in-chief is declaring victory after the soldier's orders were revoked yesterday.

california lawyer orly taitz says any service member may now refuse any order by questioning obama's legitimacy.

"do you know what this means?" taitz asked in a telephone interview with military.com tuesday, about an hour after hearing from maj. stefan cook, the officer fighting his deployment to afghanistan. "it means the obama administration has blinked. they have no cards to play with. the moment i filed a lawsuit, they didn't even fight!"

"can you imagine what are the consequences? this is disastrous" for the administration, she said. "we'll have no military. because anytime any soldier, any sailor, any airman does not want to follow any orders, all he has to do is call an attorney and say 'i don't want to follow this order because i question the legitimacy of the commander in chief.' "

u.s. army maj. stefan frederick cook, the reserve soldier who says he shouldn't have to go to afghanistan because he believes barack obama was never eligible to be president, has had his deployment orders revoked, army officials said.

lt. col. maria quon, a spokeswoman for the u.s. army human resources command-st. louis, said cook was no longer expected to report today to macdill air force base, fla., for mobilization to active duty, according to a report in the columbus ledger-enquirer of georgia.

the paper said cook, as an individual mobilization augmentee, had volunteered for a year's deployment to afghanistan on may 8 and his orders were issued june 9. quon told the paper that ima's who volunteer may ask for a revocation up until their reporting date, but that cook had not asked for this. quon also told the paper she could not say why the army had revoked his orders, citing the privacy act.

taitz has been leading an effort to have obama release a so-called "vault copy" of his birth certificate showing he was born in hawaii. while the birth certificate that obama released previously showed he was born in hawaii, taitz and others - who have been dubbed "birthers" for their passionate doubt of obama's citizenship - believe it's a phony.

taitz claims she has 170 service members who have joined her legal battle against obama.

taitz filed cook's case in u.s. district court for the middle district of georgia on july 8, according to the columbus ledger-enquirer. in the lawsuit, she told the court that cook does not believe obama is a natural-born u.s. citizen, and so cannot serve as president and commander-in-chief.

to follow obama's orders, she argued, would put cook in violation of international law because he'd be taking part in military operations outside the president's command, the paper reported tuesday. a hearing was scheduled for july 16 on the complaint.

in february, taitz took up the cause of army 1st lt. scott easterling, who is deployed to iraq. easterling, in a letter published on the web site defendourfreedoms.com, called obama "a usurper to the office - an imposter."

army officials told military.com at the time they were aware of easterling's statements but offered no further comment.

taitz said easterling is still in iraq but she believes he will be returning home in august. she is attempting to have his case heard by the u.s. supreme court, which has already kicked it back once.

on tuesday's "countdown" show on msnbc, host keith olbermann named both taitz and cook as his "worst person in the world" for the case they have brought in georgia.

olbermann criticized taitz for the various "birther" lawsuits she has brought against obama, calling her a "con woman." but he reserved his harshest words for cook, who he argues is just using the birth certificate flap as an excuse to get out of duty in afghanistan.

recalling his own determination in the 1960s that, if drafted, he would oppose it because he didn't want to get shot and killed, he said: "too bad maj. cook doesn't have the guts to say that. then he might be deserving of his rank rather than an embarrassment to all those who served without cowardice."

soldiers refuse to deploy

a u.s. soldier on active duty in iraq has called president obama an "impostor" in a statement in which he affirmed plans to join as plaintiff in a challenge to obama's eligibility to be commander in chief.

the statement was publicized by california attorney orly taitz who, along with her defendourfreedom.us foundation, is working on a series of legal cases seeking to uncover obama's birth records and other documents that would reveal whether he meets the requirements of the u.s. constitution.

"as an active-duty officer in the united states army, i have grave concerns about the constitutional eligibility of barack hussein obama to hold the office of president of the united states," wrote scott easterling in a "to-whom-it-may-concern" letter. (read more)

u.s. army maj. stefan frederick cook is fighting orders to go to afghanistan because he believes president obama wasn’t born in the united states.

cook’s lawyer, orly taitz, who has also challenged the legitimacy of obama’s presidency in other courts, filed a request last week in federal court seeking a temporary restraining order and status as a conscientious objector for his client.

in the 20-page document — filed july 8 with the u.s. district court for the middle district of georgia — the california-based taitz asks the court to consider granting his client’s request based upon cook’s belief that obama is not a natural-born citizen of the united states and is therefore ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief of the u.s. armed forces.
